Description

The proposed works include: Installation of air-source heat pumps (ASHPs) to Block A; Replacement and upgrading of all existing cast iron radiators and pipework; Adaptation of the storage outbuilding (Block D) to accommodate a new substation to cope with increased electrical demand as a result of decarbonising the heating infrastructure; Enhancement of the school play area; Replacement of all existing single-glazed windows with new heritage-style timber frame, double glazing windows; Replacement of all external timber doors in the same style as existing; Adding further loft insulation to the existing loft space to Block A.
