Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/22/01228, Dated 09/10/2023.Non Material amendment(s) Sought: A packaged plant enclosure, heat pumps, PV panels and a generator have been introduced at 9th floor roof level to increase the building's energy efficiency and reduce the emission related to the project. A smoke shaft has also been raised as it within 2m of the parapet. An Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) has been introduced in the southern facade of the 8th floor to ensure compliance with the fire safety regulations outlined in BS9991:2024.An external door to the 7th floor terrace on the southern facade has been relocated to accommodate an internal ramp which is required following coordination of the roof build-up on the terrace.
