Description

Proposed works comprise the recovery of the main flat roofs, including the application of tapered insulation, as well as the refurbishment of lower roofs, walkways, and balconies. Thermal insulation will be upgraded where necessary. Rainwater management will be improved by increasing the number and size of outlets across the main roofs, lower roofs, and balconies, with emergency overflows provided. All rainwater pipes will be installed externally. Steel parapet capping sheets will be fitted to all concrete parapet walls. Photovoltaic (PV) panels will be installed on the main roofs. No change of use is proposed.
