Proposed remedial replacement of existing curtain walling, to south east corner of the building to the apartments of 1605, 1606, 1705, 1706, 1805, 1806, 1905, and 1906 on floors 16 to 19, including replacement glazing panels to 'sail' cladding on south east corner of the building from the 14th floor upwards are proposed. Replacement balcony doors, decking, and balustrades are also proposed to apartments 1605, 1705, 1805.
