Transformation and refurbishment of the Leyden Street existing underground toilets and adjacent public realm, and new linear one storey building at ground floor level and introduction of sub terranean Cafe (Use Class E).Minor Material Amendments to Planning permission Ref: PA/21/01901, Dated 14/01/2022 for the following:- Replacing two clear glass panels in the central glazed section with two Iroko timber panels, and shifting thered glazed panel one module toward the end of the elevation- Fixed clear panels replaced by hinged windows to facilitate service and commercial activity (Each timber panel will consist of a fixed lower section and two hinged windows extending from that point to the ceiling.)
