Observations request by the London Borough of Southwark for Maintenance works to the six 'mud tanks' of Tower Bridge, to repair and re-line the tanks, as well as as to improve the safety of access to them, via the extension of the existing access platform, new safety railings, and repair of rotting timber floor below.
