Observation requested by London Borough of Hackney Council for 'Non-material amendments to the wording of conditions 28 (Construction and environmental management plan), 29 (Construction logistics plan), 47 (Site wide waste management plan), 48 (Circular Economy Statement (detailed elements)), 63 (Asbestos survey), 73 (Overground assets protection), 74 (Underground assets protection), 75 (Rail for London assets) and 84 (Air Quality Positive) of planning permission 2014/2425.
