Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/20/02649, Dated 06/08/2021.Non Material amendment(s) Sought: The application seeks to amend the description of development, so that it refers to apart-hotels (Class C1) as opposed to serviced apartments (Class C1), as currently consented. Furthermore, the application seeks to amend the wording of conditions (Condition 12, 14, 18 and 19) attached to the parent consent, so that they too reference apart hotels, rather than serviced apartments.The application also seeks permission to amend the trigger point of conditions 11, 12 and 19 (Part A).Further to the above changes, the application seeks permission for a number of amendments to the design of the development, all of which are outlined below:Refinement of the ultra-high performance concrete precast façade and window design on floors 2 to 34 to omit laminated glass spandrel elements which are no longer permitted under Regulation 7 of UK Building Regulations.Amendments to fenestration pattern to the South Elevation on floors 4 to 34.
