Description

The existing side cavity wall, sash window, and rear door will be demolished to facilitate the construction of a single-story rear infill extension. The extension will feature a sloped glazed roof and a timber-framed pivot window. A new structural beam will be installed to support the extension.· The existing rear sash window will be demolished and partially bricked up to create a new internal opening.· The existing rear sash window, along with the wall below it, will be removed and replaced with a timber-framed pivot door.· A new timber-framed pivot window will be installed in the existing kitchen wall.· 9 square meters of the rear garden terrace will be lowered by 190mm to align with the remaining 19 square meters of the garden.
