Description

Application for certificate of lawfulness in respect of proposed works are to remove the existing rendered expended polystyrene insulation cladding to habitable spaces and solid render to front elevation staircases only. Materials to be stripped back to original brickwork substrate. Install new rendered mineral wool insulation cladding to areas previously clad, in colour and texture to match original. Works to also include new powder coated aluminium parapet copings plus general cyclical maintenance work including external decorations.
