Description

Observations requested by London Borough of Southwark request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) ScopingOpinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), for the redevelopment of three plots: Plot A1, A2 and B. The Proposed Development will involve the demolition of all existing structures and buildings across the site and the construction of a mixed-use scheme comprising a range of buildings with basements (height range 37.2m, 55.4m, 90m, 110m AOD) to accommodate circa 97,115 non residential floorspace comprising office, retail/food and drink and community floorspace as well circa 730 bed purpose built student accommodation block and circa 75 affordable C3 dwellings.
