Deed of Variation to S106 Agreement (Dated 30/03/2012), attached to Planning permission ref PA/11/01971 (Dated 30/03/2012). Amendments are to modify the definition of 'Chargee' in the 'DEFINITION' section as well as Paragraphs; 3.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 2 and Paragraphs 9, 9.1 and 9.2 of Schedule 6. This is to bring the legal terminology in line with the agreed wording which is approved and published by the National Housing Federation.
