Description

Observation requested by City of London for an EIA Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site known as 1-2 Minster Court EC3R 7AA. The proposed development comprises partial demolition of the existing buildings, erection of a new building of approximately 65,000m2 NIA to provide a mix of commerical (Class E) retail (Class E) and community/cultural/education/amenity (sui generis) floorspace with new public realm, pedestrian routes and associated works. The building would be anapproximate height of 115m AOD.
