Request for Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is required in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) for redevelopment of the site to provide 220 co-living units (Sui Generis), 30 affordable homes (Use Class C3) and 65m2 Gross Internal Area (GIA) of community space (Use Class F2) with public realm improvements, new areas of landscaping, amenity and play space, and improved accessibility to the site (hereinafter referred to as the Proposed Development).
