Application for cerificate of lawfulness for the proposed refurbishment of an existing macadam surfaced play area into a new macadam surfaced play area (PlayZone). There are no new building / structures to be installed above the floor level of the adjacent road etc of the existing adjacent area. There is an existing floodlighting system that is to be re-used with new lighting on the ends of the existing columns.
