Amendment to planning permission PA/19/01299 dated 17/09/2019, which was for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a 5-storey residential block to provide 22 dwellings (9 x 1 bed, 8 x 2-bed and 5 x 3-bed) and a 3-storey building of Class D1 community use (590m2 GIA) on the eastern part of the site.Amendments to include a change to the approved opening hours of the community centre to allow it to be used between 08.00 - 22.00 on any day and for prayer meetings to be able to take place outside these times during the months when sunrise is earlier and sunset is later than this, but not earlier than 04.30 or later than 23.30. In addition, acoustic screening is proposed to an existing condenser unit.
