Description

Demolition of existing buildings at 34-40 White Church Lane and 29-31 Commercial Road and erection of building to provide a flexible use commercial space (Use Class E) at ground floor and residential units (Use Class C3) above with new public realm, cycle parking and all associated works.Material amendments to planning permission ref. PA/21/02666 dated 23rd January 2023 (itself an amendment of original permission ref. PA/15/02527 dated 16th January 2016 ) comprising:1) The addition of a second staircase to the east elevation, and layout changes to the building to facilitate this including amendments to flat sizes (No change to unit mix, tenure mix or amount of affordable housing);2) Extension to the approved basement;3) Amendments to the ground floor lobby layout;4) Minor changes to the public realm and landscape; and 5) Addition of a rainwater storage 'blue' roof.
