Description

Proposed external alterations to parts of the hotel Tower Suites include the following works: Replacement of the existing RAAC concrete roof of the Tower Suites, new insulation and roofcoverings, increasing the height of the roof by 200mm; Replacement and reconfiguration of existing rooftop plant and plant housing; increasing theheight of the three existing pods by 500mm; Rationalisation of existing, exposed ventilation plant and enclosure in a new, matching pod; Replacement of glazing to the Tower Suite; Installation of new mansafe system and maintenance access walkways at Tower Suite roof level; Replacement of glazing to the Xi Bar with new openable glazing.
