Observation requested by London Legacy Development CorporationApplication for Reserved Matters Approval relating to access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to Condition O.5 of the Stratford Waterfront Hybrid Planning Permission (ref: 18/00470/OUT as varied by ref: 20/00274/VAR).
