Observation requested by London Legacy Development Corporation for Application under Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), seeking non-material amendments to planning permission 18/00325/FUL.The proposed amendments include external design changes to accommodate an additional lift to Block A, increased balcony fascia depths to Blocks A & C, increased parapet height to podium level, increases to the height of Block A townhouses, amendments to roof profiles of Blocks A & C, and elevational changes to entrances, windows and doors. Internal amendments include alterations to floor layouts of commercial units, amendments to storage and refuse stores, introduction of ventilated lobbies to the Block B car park entrances, relocation of a substation, amendments to the layout of the Block A townhouses and the segregation of cores in Block A.
