Application for non-material amendment of planning permission ref: PA/19/01539, dated 24/04/2020. Non-material amendment(s) sought: Amend Condition 7 wording to: 7 - (a) No superstructure works shall take place until design details of security measures have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. (b) Final details detailing implementation of security measures in line with (a), shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The security measures subsequently approved shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, completed prior to first occupation of the development and retained for the lifetime of the development.
