Retrospective works comprising the following:- 120 Hackney Road - Partial demolition of roof and façade.- 126-128 Hackney Road - Installation of new metal roofs and front elevation terrace, aluminium windows and doors.Proposed works comprising the following:- 120 Hackney Road - Rebuilding of top storey.- 122-124 Hackney Road - Replacement upper floor front elevation door and windows at 1st floor level and installation of new windows and new front parapet to replace unauthorised parapet at 2nd floor level.- 126-128 Hackney Road - New upper floor front parapet to replace unauthorised parapet at 2nd floor level.
