Description

Application for certificate of lawfulness in respect of proposed works will comprise the removal of the existing combustible materials within the wall build up, through an extensive façade replacement, with a Euro fire class A2-S1,d0 alternative façade system to match existing materiality, scale, colour, architectural appearance and thermal & acoustic performance to ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation Works will relate to the replacement of the façade on a like for like basis. All other aspects of the existing building such as access, refuse collection, landscape and existing window openings and configuration will remain as existing.
