Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/22/01473, Dated 22/09/2022.Non Material amendment(s) Sought: Housing Office windows: Replacement of windows and escape doors to Eastend Homes Neighbourhood Housing Office which is at the ground floor of Galleon House, partially underneath the main block with a single storey part jutting out to the west. The current sliding door to the office reception will not be changed. The frame profile will increase in width to achieve the improved U value performance. The frames will be finished in RAL 7038 Agate Grey, for a close match to the existing frames. The spandrel panels will be RAL 6034 Pastel Turquoise. Kitchen Windows: the kitchen window walls to all flats in the block will have a smaller upper spandrel panel and larger tilt/turn casements than shown on the approved drawings. Panels will be RAL 9010 to match the frames.
