Description

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Variation of Condition 8 (Precautions and protection of interior and exterior features) of Listed Building Consent ref PA/19/00009, dated 13/05/2021. The Variation seeks to amend the wording of the condition to allow for discharge prior to the commencement of the relevant parts of the works.
