Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Variation of Condition 8 (Precautions and protection of interior and exterior features) of Listed Building Consent ref PA/19/00009, dated 13/05/2021. The Variation seeks to amend the wording of the condition to allow for discharge prior to the commencement of the relevant parts of the works. Roof plant, pool, photovoltaics, waste storage, cycle parking, public realm improvements and associated works'.
