Description

Proposed external and internal refurbishment works to 98 & 99 Cable Street will include: 1. Structural repairs and strengthening to the brick infills to the front elevations of both 98 & 99 cable street.2. Structural repairs and strengthening to the rear brick infill to arch 98. 3. Replacement of the roller shutter doors to the front infills to arch 98 & 99 and the rear infill of arch 98. 4. Replacement of the emergency fire exit door to the rear infill at arch 99.5. Creation of pedestrian door to arch 98 & 99.
