Description

The refurbishment works to 100 Cable Street will include: 1. Removal of the existing brick infill to the front elevation. 2. Installation of new front infill including new concrete footing, blockwork cavity infill with dense concrete blocks to BS6073. 3. New steel beam and central columns to house the roller shutter and cavity wall lintel over the pedestrian door opening. 4. Retain the rear infill replace the existing roller shutter door.
