Consultation to the Local Planning Authority under Schedule 2, Part 8, Class B Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended, to install a new extension at the upstream (west) end of Masthouse Terrace Pier. The extension, which includes piling works and the installation of a pontoon pier to serve as a new vessel berth and dedicated light freight facility, including microconsolidation, e-cargo bike storage & charging and distribution of light freight cargoes.
