Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/18/02803, Dated 30/10/2019.Non Material amendment(s) Sought:1.Change of the location for the retained section of Poplar Gasworks Gasholder no.1 from the Green Link within Phase 1 to be re-instated in the Park Phase 1.2. Amend the wording of condition 33 attached to planning permission PA/18/02803 to exclude the requirement to submit details of the position and text of the interpretation board(s) (to include specific information on Gasholder no.1) prior to the submission of the Park Phase A reserved matters application, which shall instead be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of the installation of gasholder no.1, in consultation with EEWG and GLIAS; and to require that gasholder no 1 shall be installed within one year of commencement of park phase A.
