Description

Proposed installation of 3 sets cast stairs, in place of the metal work, new copings and traditional railing with gates. New railings will follow the Georgian detail and be installed with lead fixing at the base. Replacement of bin storage with a solid platform and include new secure cycle storage space for 4 cycles. The proposal also seeks to provide functional access to amenity space for one of the flats via new stairs and to resolve existing 'bad installation' problems with electricity, gas and water supply, by upgrading them and relocating all meters in accessible and common areas to allow access.
