Description

Proposed works to involve improvement on the mezzanine level focusing on building elevated partition walls that extend to the ceiling within the study and landing areas, inclusive of new glazed screens, two sliding openings, and one fixed screen. The proposal also seeks to add a fire-rated door and frame to the entrance of the study with removal of the non-original sliding door wood panel. Plus part of the partition wall will be adjusted to accommodate a new glazed screen with a sliding opening.
