Replacement of the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at No.30 Fashion Street at ground and first floor level. Installation of new heat recovery units on the existing front roof. Installation of acoustic enclosures and acoustic panels in front of the new units. New exhaust ducts on the existing front roof and in the rear roof terrace. Internal building works associated with the proposed mechanical alterations.
