Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 08/09/2021, ref: PA/20/02392Non Material Amendment(S) Sought1. Additional ground floor entry doors to the west elevation (Hollybush Gardens). All materials and details to match proposed main entrance doors. 2. Building line extended by approx. 100-300mm to the north-eastern elevations to suit detailed surveys of Party Wall to 4a Hollybush Place and boundary condition and line to 10-14 Hollybush Gardens. 3. Projecting horizontal and vertical galvanised fins (floor levels 1-5) to eastern and northern elevations removed to suit Party Wall and abutting boundary conditions. 4. Increased centre mullion width to bay window to return south elevation adjacent to external plant deck to accommodate structural frame. 5. External plant deck to be enclosed in galvanised perforated cladding.6. Roof-top plant enclosure cladding to be amended from solid galvanised screen to perforated galvanised screen. 7. Introduction of 'key-clamp' balustrade at roof level for safe maintenance access.8. Introduction of entrance canopy above two main GF building entrances with building signage. To be integrated into bay window design. 9. Update to Drainage Strategy Report ? Please refer to 'DMAG-2271-DSR' 28.1.23. Summary: The installation of a below ground attenuation tank in lieu of the 'blue roof' previously proposed. The 'blue roof' would require raising the parapet height of the building and therefore the attenuation tank is a more suitable solution given the site constraints. This solution also greatly improves the reduction in run-off rates.
