Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 19/07/2019, ref: PA/19/00346 for the following amendments:Courtyard Pergola has been omitted.1st and 2nd floor open walkway/deck external balustrades have been revised to imperforated railings. We have maintained the original balustrades and added an additional imperforated metal sheet internally, in order to not deviate from original proposal.The open hit and miss brickwork to the HMO courtyards 2 and 3 has been omitted. This is to avoid the risk of children climbing the brickwork.Units 3 & 4 - 2nd floor terrace external balustrades floor plan layouts have been revised from a circular layout to rectangular.
