Application for Non-Material amendment of planning permission dated 20/12/2022, ref: PA/22/01751To change the following proposed amendments:-1) Omitted doors to north elevation. Doors infilled with new wall, render finish. Reason, design development, doors no longer required. 2) Vents to provide exhaust to WCs behind. Reason, design development. 3) Consented plant infill to the 'elbow' no longer required, omitted from the scheme. Reason, tenants no longer require this space for plant equipment. 4) Parapet to new link block raised. Reason, to comply with building regulations and updated fire strategy. 5) Doors recessed in to building. Reason, to prevent fire doors from clashing. 6) New fire lobbies and fire doors to event space. Doors recessed to prevent opening out on to pavement. Cladding to new section of fire lobby to match existing rainscreen cladding. Reason, required to comply with fire regulations under the advice of fire engineer. 7) Bike and bin store layout updated. Reason, to include bikes required from the change of use application PA/22/01519. 8) Solid panel added next to fire doors to incorporate dry riser inlet. Reason, to comply with fire regulations. 9) Transoms and spandrel panels required in the new curtain walling to cover steel beams behind the glazing. Reason, required due to design development. 10) Window configuration updated by fabricator. Reason, required due to design development. 11) Link building window configuration updated. Reason, required due to design development. 12) New door location to link block, final means of escape onto service yard. Reason, required due to design development.
