Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 28/06/2021, ref: PA/21/00259. To change the following condition 2 and proposed amendments - - Small increase in the stair core height to provide better floor to ceiling heights within the entrance area as required by building regulations. - Reduction of the rooftop plant enclosure, following further design development and rationalisation of plant. As a result, the approved canopy has been extended to provide additional cover for the roof terrace space. - The lift manufacturer has advised that the current lift overrun does not meet the relevant requirements and therefore needs to be extended in order to achieve the relevant clearances and allow level access onto the roof terrace. - The proposals include raising the glazed lift lobby ceiling and canopy, to match the internal clear heights with the proposed stair core extension. - Introduction of a new actuated motorised louvre panel to the façade along Market Street, to serve the buildings plant requirements.
