Description

Retrofit and Refurbishment works to the two blocks of Kinnock Court. Works to include upgrading the energy efficiency of the existing housing by fitting External Wall Insulation (EWI) to the exterior of the properties, with the colour used to match that of existing brickwork in place. Additional works to include the replacement of windows and doors, the replacement of canopies to match existing, the extension of roof eaves/verge to accommodate new EWI system, the installation of Solar Photovoltaics, and the replacement of existing Air Source Heat Pumps.
