The land at 25 Springvale has been completed fenced and gated off at the front and middle of the site to secure this vacant property. The building itself is currently derelict and the gate and fence allow us to secure the site from potential unauthorized trespassers, and prevent the dangers that are associated with empty property.In the interim we seek planning approval please for the siting of self storage containers on a temporary basis. This is due to feedback from the local business community about the lack of additional small storage solutions on the estate and will greatly assist the local community by way of cheap easy external storage. A number of these self storage containers have already been reserved by local businessesThis is just a temporary measure request
