Description

A 12m section of temporary hedgerow removal is required to facilitate access to the site as identified by the red line boundary (planning ref 22/PE/0596/PREAPP; full application due to be submitted imminently). Note: Hedgerow will be reinstated on completion of works with permanent access to the new asset from Pont Y Felin lane. The existing access along Pont Y Felin lane is unsuitable for construction traffic and DCWW maintenance vehicles until construction is complete. Applicant is DCWW with permission from landowner and tenant.
