T1 - Oak: Fell to near ground level. Reasoning: The oak has previously been heavily topped, resulting in a reduced canopy consisting of mainly epicormic growth. The tree is in decline, with an estimated 30?40% of live cambium remaining. The main stem shows signs of significant decay, which compromises its structural integrity.Due to the combination of stem decay and weak regrowth, there is an increased risk of failure.Further reduction is not considered appropriate, as it would not address the existing structural issues and would likely lead to further decline.
