Description

T1 & T2 - Ash:Fell to near ground level. The trees are showing symptoms consistent with Ash Dieback, including reduced leaf coverage during the summer months and the presence of deadwood within the crown. The condition is expected to progressively decline as a result of the disease, with recovery considered unlikely.T3 - Mimosa:Fell to near ground level. The tree is exhibiting heavy dieback throughout the crown and poor leaf coverage, indicating significant decline and limited potential for recovery.It is proposed that the removals be mitigated by replacement planting with appropriate tree species, either on site or within the immediate vicinity, to maintain long-term tree cover and visual amenity. Details of species, size, and planting location can be agreed with the Local Planning Authority.Note: T1 and T2 is under shared ownership of the applicant and their neighbours, Georgian Court, and located on the Georgian Court side of the boundary. T3 is located in the garden of 339 Babbacombe Road.
