T1/2/3 Monterey Cypress (group of 3)It is proposed to fell the three Monterey cypress trees within Group G1, leaving standing monoliths at approximately 1.5 metres above ground level to match the height and appearance of adjacent retained trees.The trees are highly exposed and have a history of limb failure during periods of high wind over the last 2 years. Ongoing branch loss presents an increasing risk to the client's property, neighbouring property, and the adjacent railway line.
