1 - Leylandii Tree - Remove to stumpReasons: a) Obliterates Sun from 1200 to evening to the rear gardens of 22, 24 & 26 Vicarage Road, TQ2 6HX (to the north of the tree). b) Drops excessive pines onto garden building of 24 Vicarage Road and kills sedum roofing.c) The tree is unsightly and untamed.2 - Removal of Nordmann Pine in the centre of the lawn.Reasons:a) The tree over dominates what is otherwise a pristine lawn. It is very large (10m tall 5m diameter)b) The tree was a decorative specimen for the garden when planted and is no longer required due to is excessive size.
