Description

T1 - Magnolia: Pollard magnolia back to suitable points maintaining a symmetric framework. Tree has become excessively large for the space and has outgrown its position by encroaching on to the property. Proposed works will preserve the Magnolia by managing its size, promoting controlled growth and enhancing the trees long term vitality in a confined area. By pollarding the Magnolia more light will have the ability to reach the Silver Birch adjacent. This will provide a wider expanse for growth allowing it to further thrive supporting wildlife and improving soil quality within the vicinity.
