Description

Front garden T1 x Dying Leylandii Cypress - Dismantle and fell to near ground level. Grind stump to 200mm below ground level. The pit left from stump grinding will be back filled using the arisings from stump grinding leaving a level profile.Justification:The tree is in a state of progressive decline, with visible symptoms indicating ongoing deterioration and a lack of vitality. Its deteriorating condition presents a potential risk of structural failure. To mitigate the risk of structural failure and to manage the tree in a controlled and safe manner, the proposed works are necessary. Removal at this stage allows for a planned and low-impact operation, avoiding the potential hazards associated with unmanaged decline. The works will be carried out in line with BS3998:2010 ? Tree Work Recommendations, ensuring sensitivity to both the site and its Conservation Area setting. We intend to replant in a similar location to maintain tree cover and visual continuity.
