Description
T1- Copper Beech. Sectional dismantle. Tree in unfortunately located appox 1.5m away from eastern side of dwelling and to big for its location, posing a risk of damage to property. Approximately at 3m included union showing water and compost material being retained reducing structural strength. Canopy spread is over ridgeline of graylings roof causing damp issues and rodent entry to property via chimney. Tree is predominately weighted to the eastern side, due to historic crown raising, therefor posing a risk to neighbouring property. Root system and stem have stared to bow out wall and lift slabs. concerns if tree allowed to grow damage to house foundations and underground services would occur. Due to location of tree a reduction is not viable as to get clearance from property works would not be in keeping with BS3998. Two trees of similar species are to be reinstated to the southern end of the ground to allow trees to develop in a natural state without posing any risk to adjacent dwellings.
