5 Day Notice - T006 Apple Tree - See attached Tree Survey Report. Proposed date of works 12.05.25Vitality poor - tree in poor condition due to severe bark necrosis and potential honey fungus at base Bark delaminating from main stem Tree marked with orange crossDismantle, fell and remove the Apple tree (T006) to ground level.Remove all arisings from site and transport to a Devon Tree Services depot for recycling.Ensure the area is left safe, clean, and tidy upon completion.Grind 2x stumps (including the apple tree stump and an existing old stump located on the Northern boundary) to a depth of approximately 200mm below ground level.Rake grindings and arisings to form a level soil profile.Remove any excess material from site and transport to a Devon Tree Services depot for recycling.Leave the site in a safe, clean, and tidy condition.
