Tree 1 - Sycamore tree has grown far to big and has not been maintained. If there was to be a storm and this caused the whole tree or branches to fall this would cause significant damage to our home. A house two doors away had this issue a couple of years ago. It is growing on a slope and is also encroaching our neighbours (153) garden wall and causing cracks/movement in bricks. Branches are impacting their shed and causing issues. Therefore, after consultation with a tree surgeon and our home insurance company we would like to fell this tree. Tree 2 - Sycamore Tree has grown far to big and has not been maintained. If there was to be a storm and this caused the whole tree or branches to fall this would cause significant damage to our home. A house two doors away had this issue a couple of years ago. Again this tree is growing on a slope and is leaning towards our home. This tree is now encroaching our neighbours fence. Branches are impacting the stairs to access the top garden. Therefore, after consultation with a tree surgeon and our home insurance company we would like to fell this tree.
