Description

1 x Scott Pine tree located in the rear garden of 197 Windsor Road - Sectionally dismantle, fell & remove to 8ft from ground level. The tree & limbs being removed that are large enough to cause hardscape or structural damage on impact will be lowered using roping and rigging techniques. Justification: The tree's root system is starting to cause damage to the decking surrounding it and retaining wall, resulting in instability and potential safety risks. Pictures of the damaged wall have been provided. The tree significantly reduces light to the living spaces and garden, making it difficult to use the area effectively. The extensive needle detritus and bird excrement from the tree are causing a negative Impact on amenity Space.Surrounding the base of the tree is considerable needle detritus, resulting in poor soil, and reduced growing conditions for the garden area.
