Twin Stemmed Sycamoreo Prune back one primary branch/stem hard to the main stem, ensuring pruning wounds do not exceed 80mm in diameter.o Prune secondary and sub-lateral branches overhanging the garden back to the main stems and boundary line, ensuring pruning wounds do not exceed 30mm in diameter.? T2 ? Leylandii Cypresso Cut all overhanging branches hard back to the main stem.? All cut material will be removed from site and transported to a Devon Tree Services depot for recycling.o The work area will be left safe, clean, and tidy upon completion.Justification for Works:The proposed works are necessary to:1. Improve Light Levels ? The overhanging canopy of T1 (Sycamore) and the encroaching branches of T2 (Leylandii Cypress) significantly reduce natural light into both the property and garden area. This excessive shading is negatively impacting the residents' ability to enjoy and utilise their outdoor space.2. Prevent Overhanging Encroachment ? The Leylandii Cypress (T2) has extended beyond the property boundary, impacting the use and enjoyment of the private garden. Cutting back to the main stem will restore a reasonable balance between tree retention and residential use.3. Maintain Tree Health & Structure ? The proposed pruning works will be conducted in line with British Standard BS 3998:2010 (Tree Work ? Recommendations) to ensure minimal impact on the trees? overall health, structure, and long-term vitality.4. Aesthetics ?
